If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We are happy to accept returns that have all tags attached, not been worn, and are in brand new condition. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without refund.
If you would like to return an item to us, please email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Please remove any original courier labels from the returns package.
You will be responsible for shipping your returns package at your own expense via a shipping method that is fully insurable and enables you to track delivery of the merchandise. Remember to retain the consignment details for your records.
Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
