Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, you can. However, our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Only an allowance of 30 minutes can be provided for you to change or cancel your order after you have placed it. If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible.


What are my payment options to place an online order?

You can choose among the following for  your payment options:

If I place an order online, how long does it take to ship?

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days excluding weekends and holidays.


Can my order be delivered internationally?

Yes, we do global shipping.


How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?

Stork Suite is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Duties or customs tariffs are set by the destination country customs authorities.  It is calculated based on a combination of the country of origin of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that USPS supports.

International taxes (such as Value Added Tax or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the USPS international checkout.


Will I receive an invoice upon placing my order?

Yes, you will receive and order and shipping confirmation email containing the details of your order when you place one on our website and include your email address. You will also receive an invoice in the package.

On the other hand, you will not receive a packing invoice if your package is being sent to someone as a gift. If you would still like a copy of your invoice, you can contact us by clicking here. We can send your invoice via e-mail, fax or postal mail once the package has been shipped.

Can my order be shipped to multiple addresses?

Yes, we can have your order shipped to multiple addresses from one order. There are no limits to the number of shipping addresses that can be added to a purchase. Should you need assistance with placing your order, click here.

Please note that there will still be a charge for each shipping group within the order.


What happens to my order if I am not available when the delivery partner arrives?

Should the delivery partner find you unavailable and cannot find a safe place to leave the order, they may try to contact you at the phone number provided during the checkout.

If, for any reason, the delivery partner is unable to complete delivery, the product will be returned back to the store and your refund will be submitted for processing.

Processing time varies, but will typically be processed in 1-3 business days.


Do you ship to US military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)?

No, we do not ship to US military addresses.


Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes, you will have the option to include a gift message of up to 200 characters as part of our checkout process. The gift message will be printed on the invoice provided in each package shipped.
